Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
In the event that a kitstop.ie product is mistakenly offered for sale at an incorrect price, kitstop.ie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product listed at the incorrect price and shall reimburse charges charged to your credit card or PayPal account to the amount of the incorrect amount debited from this purchase.

Retention of Right to Change Offering

Warranties and Responsibilities for Products
​
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Products damaged because of misuse or wear and tear are not covered under our warranty policy.

Fraud

At Kit Stop we take fraud very seriously, should we suspect any fraudulent activity/transactions may be taking place, these transactions will actively be pursued via the legal system without exception with prosecutions pursued. Kit stop without hesitation report fraud to the Gardaí and UK Police force immediately whereupon the delivery address, names, phone numbers and IP Addresses will be used to trace and prosecute all fraudulent activity.

Purchasing Products

Prices are quoted for products are exclusive of postage and packing, which will be processed at the rates specified in the delivery section on our product pages.
Where there is likely to be a possibility of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as is practicable to do so.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
You may cancel an order with us any time prior to dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.
