Shipping (Delivery) Policy
Here at Kit Stop we aim to ensure that we provide the best service possible for our customers. Alongside our partners DPD Couriers our intention is to ensure you receive your goods in the shortest possible period, this is usually next on stock items and within 4 -7 working days on non stock specialist items.
During these Covid related periods some delivery times have unfortunately experienced some delays, but generally the one to five day rule will apply.
Delivery is FREE when you spend just €99 or more and your order will ship with our courier DPD.
All orders of less than €99 will be charged at the standard rate of €5.95, larger items or those of excessive weight will incur additional charges which will be calculated at checkout.
Holiday periods may incur longer delivery times at such busy periods so please ensure that you place your orders in plenty of time and before 15th of December during the Christmas period to guarantee adequate time for deliveries to reach you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our customer’s satisfaction takes priority and is guaranteed. If for any reason, wrong size, change of mind, unwanted gift for example and you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may return any purchase to us within 7 days of receiving your items for a full refund, which will be applied to the original payment gateway you used during checkout. This may take between three to seven working days.
Any returned items to Kit Stop must be in satisfactory, unused and as new condition, we reserve the right to reject any defective items damaged by the recipient of the goods.
How to Return:
Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original condition, all original labels must be intact and in a condition to resell the product. To return follow the steps below:
1. Please include a copy of your returns document form from within the parcel. If it has not been included please find the printable PDF file below.
2. Send your items back to us at Kit Stop, Tucker Street, Castlebar, Co.Mayo, F23KH99. Returns will be at the customers cost.
